Instead of being afraid of painful needles, they are instead concerned about the costs incurred, even with NHS dentists. Also, in some parts of Britain, one in three people are finding it difficult to even locate an NHS dentist in their area, with their only other options being shelling out even more to go private or foregoing much needed treatment.
