		<description>Great Post. I&#039;ve been in start-up mode for 3 months now and I&#039;ve tried to just focus on the product and talking to clients bit. It would be great to see a post on the things you wished that you had spent more time on - was it product, sales, raising finance, building a team etc...?

My learning from your post is on the &quot;technology&quot;. We almost fell into that trap but are now focusing on getting the marketing and sales angles correct. The product will develop as we gain traction (IMHO).
